Additional Services and After Hours

• The Diagnostic Services Office (DSO, Sample Receiving) is closed Saturday.

• The Clinical Pathology Laboratory is open on Saturday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. for submissions originating exclusively from the Veterinary Medical Centre (VMC). Preliminary test results will be available for samples received before 3:00 P.M. Refer to Special Information for Clinical Pathology Submissions for additional information.

• The Bacteriology Laboratory is open to process submissions on Saturday from 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Finalized results will be available the next business day.

• Necropsy After Hours Service: (306) 291-9281

• Necropsy Facility personnel are On Call during the  following time periods:

  Saturday: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.

  Sundays and Holidays: 9:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M.

  Wildlife CANNOT be submitted through the Necropsy Call Back Service. All Wildlife must be submitted during regular business hours.
